Terms for using the Impression Real Estate Limited website and its general information, listings and enquiry tools in New Zealand.

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content or impersonate someone else. If you contact us on another person’s behalf, make sure you are authorised to do so.
Using this website or sending an enquiry, viewing request, appraisal request or other form does not by itself create a property management appointment, tenancy or other contract with Impression. Where you and Impression have signed a property management, building management, facilities management, tenancy or other agreement, that agreement governs the relationship. Fees, GST treatment, service scope, payment and termination arrangements should be set out in the relevant agreement. These website terms do not vary an existing agreement or tenancy.
Listing availability, rent and property details can change. Confirm details important to your decision with our team before entering an agreement. Rental appraisals are estimates based on available information, not guaranteed returns or registered valuations. Our guides provide general information; obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances when needed. Please tell us if you find an error so we can investigate.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, Privacy Act 2020 or applicable tenancy legislation. These terms do not create a blanket exclusion of our responsibility for misleading information or services.
Content belongs to Impression or its relevant owners and licensors. You may view, link to and print pages for personal reference. Ask before republishing photographs, branding or substantial material unless the law permits your use. Linked and embedded services have their own terms and privacy notices. Their availability and content can change.
New Zealand law applies to these website terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
